Returns Refund Policy


RETURNS

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

The return of certain types of goods is not permitted. Therefore, perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Likewise, we do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, or flammable liquids or gases.

Other items not eligible for return include:

  • Gift cards
  • downloadable software
  • Certain personal care and health products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio tapes or vinyl records
  • Any item damaged or not in its original condition for reasons beyond our control
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will email you to let you know we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original form of payment within a few days of approval.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account first. Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially processed. Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted. Items on sale or on promotion

Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale or promotion items are not eligible for a refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items that were originally defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same, send us an e-mail at contact@blacksmarkets.com and send your item to the following address: 5 Allee Henri Barbusse, Fontenay sous bois, val de marne, 94120 , France.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the person who gave the order had it shipped to them to give to you later, we will refund the gift giver, who will be informed that you have returned their gift.

Shipping

The shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility. They are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary depending on your location.

If you are shipping an item worth more than €75, we recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
